A wide variety of payment options are available to fit every lifestyle and budget. We are in-network for most PPO insurance providers and will file the paperwork for your convenience. Artistic Works Dentistry accepts multiple forms of payment, including cash, all major credit and debit cards. Available financing options include Care Credit and interest-free payment plan options. Artistic Works Dental Savers Program

What is it?

The plan is for individual(s) and/or families who would like to save money on dental services, but do not have dental insurance. Additionally, patients who have reached their maximum payout with their dental insurance but still need dental treatment to reach optimal oral health can benefit.

How much does it cost?

The Artistic Works Dental Savers Program is a discount plan that focuses on helping patients save up to 40% off their dental treatment plans. The costs of membership is as follows:

• Individual enrollment fee $299 (approx. $25 a month)
• Individual and dependant fee $475 (approx. $40 a month)

* Each additional adult dependent (13 and above) is $175 * Dependent children 12 and under is $99 * Dependent children are covered until 25th birthday

Cancellation Policy

Our office will reserve an appointment time that is dedicated to you. At Artistic Works Dentistry we avoid "double booking" our patients to minimize the wait time in the office. We firmly believe that your time is as important to you as our time is to us. As a result of our scheduling policies we strive to do all that we can to be punctual for your appointment, which we have reserved together. In return, we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

Artistic Works Dentistry reserves the option to charge a no-show fee of $35.00 for cleaning appointments and $50.00 for treatment appointments for those who fail to reschedule two business days prior to the appointment. Should we violate this policy, we will credit your account the same amount.
